Tetherlo AI is an AI-powered lead generation and client management platform built for architects, interior designers, and home design firms. The Service is powered in part by GoHighLevel and integrates with third-party channels and tools.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to misuse the Service — including by sending unlawful, unsolicited, or abusive communications, infringing the rights of others, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems. You are responsible for complying with all applicable messaging, marketing, and data-protection laws.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Tetherlo AI and its licensors. You retain ownership of the data and content you submit, and grant us a license to process it solely to provide the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, Meta, Google, and messaging providers. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or practices.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific lead, conversion, or revenue results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tetherlo AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to our platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tetherlo AI operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
