Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption. Credentials and secrets are stored using strong, one-way hashing where applicable.

Our platform runs on reputable cloud infrastructure. Access to production systems is restricted on a least-privilege basis and protected by strong authentication.

We design our data-handling practices to align with widely recognized privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA. As Tetherlo AI is powered in part by GoHighLevel, relevant data is handled within that platform's established security program.

We monitor our systems for anomalies and maintain processes to investigate, contain, and communicate about security incidents in a timely manner.

Account security is a shared responsibility. Use a strong, unique password, enable any available authentication safeguards, and limit account access to trusted team members.
